Amazon problems are cheap to prevent and expensive to fix. The difference is usually whether anyone was watching the metrics before they crossed a threshold.
How we approach it
Every account health metric has a target, and the useful moment is when you're a point or two away from it, not after you've fallen through. We watch the numbers that matter and tell you when something is drifting, which is a far cheaper conversation than an appeal.
When something does go wrong, the appeal has to address the specific cause Amazon identified, with evidence. Generic plans of action get rejected, and every rejection makes the next attempt harder, so it's worth getting the first one right.

Often, where you own the brand and have Brand Registry in place. It's rarely a single action — it's a sequence of reports and escalations, and sometimes Transparency is the answer. We'll tell you which situation you're in.
Can you help if we're not a management client?
