Booking one
- 01 Email your brand name and a link to one of your products
- 02 We confirm we're a fit, then send an invoice and a short access request
- 03 The five days start once access is in place — your report lands on day five
What we'll need
- — A read-only Seller Central user, or exports you run yourself
- — Your cost per unit, so margin figures are real rather than estimated
- — Carton dimensions and weights for your main products
- — Any compliance paperwork you already hold, so we're not asking twice
Questions
Before you book
What if it doesn't turn anything up?
Then we'll tell you your account is in good shape and leave it there, in writing, which is worth having. In practice the fee usually comes back inside the first couple of findings: an incorrect size tier, a listing losing the buy box, a compliance gap, or a delivery metric putting your Prime badge at risk. And if you go on to work with us within 30 days, the £495 comes off your first month anyway.
Do I have to hand over control of my Amazon account?
No. The audit runs on read-only user permissions, or entirely on reports you export yourself. If we go on to work together, you add us as a user with the specific permissions the work needs and you can remove them at any time. Your account, your Brand Registry and your data stay yours throughout.
Is the compliance part legal advice?
No, and we're careful about that line. We check what Amazon requires, what your records currently show, and where the gaps are, then tell you what needs doing and who does it. Some of it needs your manufacturer or a compliance specialist, and we'll say so plainly rather than pretend otherwise.
Am I obliged to do anything afterwards?
Not at all. Plenty of brands take the report and act on it themselves, and that's a perfectly good outcome; you've paid for the thinking, not for a commitment. If you'd like us to carry out the plan, we'll quote for it, and the £495 comes off.
How big does my account need to be?
The audit is worth doing at almost any size, because fee and listing problems cost the same proportion whether you're turning over £5k or £50k a month. Ongoing management is different: it starts to make sense from around £30k a month, below which our fee takes too large a share of your margin to be fair to you. If you're under that, take the audit and run the plan yourself.
