Taking brands online
A standing start to seven figures of revenue inside eighteen months: catalogue built, listings written, the channel set up properly the first time rather than fixed later.
About
We've taken a brand from a standing start to seven figures of revenue inside eighteen months — the listings, the launches, Brand Registry, the logistics decisions underneath it. Alongside the agency we build and sell our own physical products on Amazon UK, so every fee table, appeal and courier problem we handle for clients is one we've worked through with our own money on the line.
Track record
Most agencies arrive once a brand is already selling. We've built one from the first listing upwards, which means the parts nobody advertises — registration, launch, logistics — are familiar rather than outsourced.
A standing start to seven figures of revenue inside eighteen months: catalogue built, listings written, the channel set up properly the first time rather than fixed later.
New products taken from first shipment to ranking, with the pricing, review and advertising plan agreed before any stock lands — so the launch window isn't spent guessing.
Registration, A+ content, Brand Story and the Vine and Stores access that comes with it. Plus the ongoing work of keeping hijackers and unauthorised sellers off your listings.
FBA against FBM and Seller Fulfilled Prime, costed per product. Carton sizes, size tiers, courier rates and prep — the decisions that quietly set your fulfilment cost for the year.
What the fee buys
Agencies sell you a team and give you an account manager. Employers sell you loyalty and give you a training job. This is the third option.
Amazon problems don't arrive between nine and five. A listing suppressed on a Friday evening is a lost weekend of sales, and a suspension left until Monday is three days of ranking gone. You get the owner's number and urgent things are dealt with when they happen — weekends included. Routine work runs on weekdays, so nobody's pretending to be awake at 2am.
Hiring someone to run Amazon in-house starts near £35,000, and lands closer to £45,000 once employer's National Insurance, pension and holiday cover are counted — about £3,750 a month, before you've trained them on your account or carried any of the risk of it not working out. Published averages for an experienced e-commerce manager are considerably higher again.
Fit
We'd rather tell you now than three months into a retainer.
Questions
Three things. We're owner-led, so the person who reviews your account is the person working on it every week; your account never gets passed down to a junior. We've done the whole job ourselves rather than one slice of it — taking a brand online from nothing to seven figures inside eighteen months, including the product launches, Brand Registry and the logistics decisions most agencies never touch. And we cover the operational and compliance side, fees, fulfilment, Prime, product rules and account health, alongside listings and advertising, which means fewer suppliers for you and fewer gaps between them. If what you need is a large team running advertising across eight marketplaces, a bigger agency is the better choice and we'll happily say so.
Fee, compliance and listing fixes show up straight away, because they change what Amazon charges and shows from the day they go live. Ranking and advertising improvements take longer, usually six to twelve weeks before the trend is solid enough to call a result. We'd rather give you that range up front than a number we can't stand behind.
Most consumer categories, as long as you own the brand. We're going deepest in pet at the moment, and we're a natural fit for home, garden and everyday goods, especially bulky or awkward products where fulfilment and courier decisions make a real difference to margin. If you're in something else entirely, ask us; we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right people.
Monthly management starts at £2,000 plus VAT, and most brands sit between £2,000 and £3,500 depending on their range, marketplaces and advertising. Onboarding is charged once at the start and product launches are quoted per product. Most brands start with the free check, then the £495 Compliance and Health Check, which comes off your first month if you go ahead.
